Spesialis Minuman Kopi

Responsibilities

As a Spesialis Minuman Kopi, your main responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee drinks to customers
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and surrounding areas
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
• Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
• Developing and maintaining knowledge of coffee products, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation styles
• Participating in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge
• Working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards

In addition to these technical skills, we are looking for candidates who possess excellent soft skills, including communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate clearly and respectfully with colleagues and customers, and adapt to changing situations and priorities.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan: Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Usia: Maksimal 0 Tahun (no maximum age limit)
• Jenis Kelamin: Semua jenis kelamin (all genders welcome)
• Pengalaman: Minimal 0 Tahun (no experience necessary, training will be provided)
• Keterampilan Barista (barista skills)
