We are seeking a dedicated Guru Fisika SMA to join our dynamic educational team in West Jakarta. Responsibilities
- Teach physics concepts to junior high (SMP) and senior high (SMA) students, delivering engaging and interactive lessons that align with the national curriculum.
- Prepare, design, and continuously update lesson plans, presentations, laboratory activities, and supplementary materials to support diverse learning styles.
- Provide individualized assistance for exam preparation, homework, and project work, ensuring each student grasps fundamental principles.
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments, maintain detailed records, and deliver constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively, fostering an inclusive environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and collaboration.
- Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development workshops, and professional development sessions to stay current with educational best practices.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to organize science fairs, competitions, and extracurricular activities that enhance the learning experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Applied Physics, or Physics Education (minimum GPA 3.0).
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting or private tutoring, with a proven track record of student achievement.
- Strong classroom management and instructional skills, capable of maintaining discipline while encouraging student participation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Commitment to work full‑time, Monday to Friday, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Willingness to be based in West Jakarta and to travel to assigned school locations as needed.
