Responsibilities

As a Guru Kimia SMA, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality education to students. You will be expected to create engaging lesson plans, deliver interactive lectures, and assess student progress. You will also be required to maintain accurate records, communicate with parents and colleagues, and participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve your teaching skills.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing effective lesson plans to meet the needs of students
• Delivering interactive and engaging lectures to promote student learning and participation
• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to students and parents
• Maintaining accurate records of student progress and communicating with parents and colleagues
• Participating in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching skills

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives. You will also be required to stay up-to-date with developments in the field of chemistry and to incorporate new technologies and methodologies into your teaching practice.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan: Minimal S1 in a relevant field (chemistry or education)
• Usia: Maksimal 0 Tahun (no maximum age limit)
• Jenis Kelamin: Perempuan (female candidates only)
• Pengalaman: Minimal 0 Tahun (no prior experience required)
• Availability to work on weekdays (siang, sore, malam) and Saturdays
• Jadwal fleksibel (ability to work a flexible schedule)
• Memiliki smartphone (ownership of a smartphone)
• Memillid tekad yang tinggi, jujur, percaya diri (strong motivation, honesty, and self-confidence)
• Keinginan belajar tinggi (strong desire to learn and develop professionally)
• Bisa konsisten mengajar JULI – DESEMBER 2025 (ability to commit to teaching from July to December 2025)

In addition to these requirements, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with lesson planning and delivery.
