Guru Matematika

Responsibilities

As a Guru Matematika, your primary responsibility will be to teach mathematics to students of various age groups and skill levels. You will be expected to develop and implement engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide feedback to help them improve their understanding of mathematical concepts. Additionally, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and teaching mathematics curricula that meet the needs of students with varying learning styles and abilities
• Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to ask questions and explore mathematical concepts
• Using a range of teaching methods and materials to deliver high-quality instruction and make mathematics accessible to all students
• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their academic goals
• Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide mathematics programs and initiatives
• Staying up-to-date with developments in mathematics education and incorporating new ideas and technologies into your teaching practice

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimal semester 5 atau lulusan S1 jurusan relevan (a minimum of 5 semesters or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field)
• Memiliki penguasaan materi yang kuat (strong mastery of mathematical concepts and principles)
• Mampu menyampaikan materi secara sistematis dan komunikatif (ability to present material in a clear, systematic, and communicative manner)
• Berintegritas, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab (integrity, discipline, and responsibility)
• Berpengalaman mengajar menjadi nilai tambah (teaching experience is a plus)
• Diutamakan wanita (female candidates are preferred)
