Kepala Gudang Logistik

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kepala Gudang Logistik to join our team. As a logistic warehouse head, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all shipments are delivered on time and in good condition. Responsibilities

As a Kepala Gudang Logistik, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and ensuring that all shipments are delivered on time, from pickup to delivery to the customer
• Coordinating with the warehouse team, line haul, and 3PL regarding shipments
• Ensuring that all shipments are handled carefully to minimize the risk of lost or damaged packages
• Monitoring all transactions at the hub
• Supervising inbound and outbound activities
• Training and developing the performance of staff at the hub

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, and will need to be able to think critically and make quick decisions to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Have a minimum of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
• Have at least 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in logistics or supply chain management
• Have experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have strong analytical skills
• Be able to work well in a team environment and have excellent communication and leadership skills
• Be willing to work in Mamasa, Kabupaten Mamasa, Sulawesi Barat

In terms of soft skills, we are looking for someone who is highly organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively, and has a strong attention to detail. You should also be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically are also essential for this role.
