Responsibilities

<p As a Spesialis Kopi, your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, and latte
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the coffee bar, equipment, and surrounding areas
• Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
• Developing and maintaining knowledge of coffee products, including coffee beans, roast levels, and brewing methods
• Participating in ongoing training and education to improve knowledge and skills

In addition to these technical skills, we are looking for candidates who possess excellent soft skills, including communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. As a Spesialis Kopi, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan: Minimal D3/D4 (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
• Usia: Maksimal 0 Tahun (No maximum age limit)
• Jenis Kelamin: Perempuan (Female candidates only)
• Pengalaman: Minimal 0 Tahun (No experience required, training will be provided)
• Skills: Keterampilan Barista (Barista skills, including knowledge of coffee preparation and presentation)
