As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for providing support in the coordination of logistics operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of goods and services to our customers. Responsibilities

As a Magang Dukungan Operasi Logistik, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Membantu koordinasi dengan vendor terkait ketersediaan unit kendaraan (Assisting in coordinating with vendors regarding vehicle availability)
• Membantu dalam proses pemilihan vendor yang sesuai dengan standar perusahaan (Assisting in the selection of vendors that meet company standards)
• Menjalin komunikasi yang baik dengan vendor terkait pengiriman serta mengurus dokumen tambahan (Maintaining good communication with vendors regarding shipping and handling additional documents)
• Membantu melakukan evaluasi vendor secara berkala untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan (Assisting in conducting regular vendor evaluations to improve service quality)
• Memantau proses pengiriman barang agar berjalan lancar dan tepat waktu (Monitoring the shipping process to ensure timely and smooth delivery)
• Memastikan GPS kendaraan berfungsi selama proses pengiriman (Ensuring that vehicle GPS is functioning during the shipping process)
• Memberikan update secara rutin mengenai status pengiriman kepada tim dan pelanggan, termasuk jika terjadi kendala atau keterlambatan (Providing regular updates on shipping status to the team and customers, including in case of delays or obstacles)
• Mencatat dan mengelola data pengiriman secara rapi dan teratur (Recording and managing shipping data in an organized and timely manner)
• Membuat laporan operasional harian, mingguan, dan bulanan (Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports)
• Membantu membuat perencanaan (planning) armada serta memastikan ketersediaan unit kendaraan (Assisting in planning and ensuring the availability of vehicle units)
• Bekerja sama dengan tim operasional kantor untuk mendukung kelancaran operasional (Collaborating with the operational team to support smooth operations)
• Mendukung tim dalam penyusunan strategi efisiensi biaya pengiriman (Supporting the team in developing cost-efficiency strategies for shipping)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan: Minimal S1 (Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree)
• Usia: Maksimal 25 Tahun (Age: Maximum 25 years old)
• Jenis Kelamin: Laki-laki (Gender: Male)
• Pengalaman: Minimal 1 Tahun (Minimum experience: 1 year)
• Skills: Komunikasi dengan Vendor, Manajemen Armada dan Logistik, Logistik Transportasi, Koordinasi Transportasi, Evaluasi Vendor, Manajemen Vendor, Manajemen Gudang dan Logistik (Skills: Vendor communication, fleet and logistics management, transportation logistics, transportation coordination, vendor evaluation, vendor management, warehouse and logistics management)
