Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic Sales Officer to join our team in Muara Teweh, Kalimantan. This role is pivotal in driving vehicle financing sales both face‑to‑face and via telephone, supporting our mission to provide accessible financial solutions across the region. Responsibilities
- Promote and sell vehicle financing products through direct customer interaction and outbound call campaigns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealerships, auto‑showrooms, and other distribution channels to expand market reach.
- Conduct on‑site consumer surveys to gather insights on customer needs, preferences, and credit eligibility.
- Prepare and present financing proposals, ensuring compliance with Adira Finance’s credit policies and regulatory standards.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and follow‑up activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and local campaigns that drive lead generation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Provide after‑sales support, answering client queries and facilitating smooth disbursement processes.
- Continuously monitor competitor offerings and market trends to recommend improvements to product features or pricing.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in any field; graduates from all majors are welcome.
- Age: No strict upper limit, but candidates should ideally be 30 years old or younger.
- Gender: Female candidates are specifically encouraged to apply.
- Work experience: At least 1 year in vehicle financing, automotive sales, or a related financial services role (experience considered an advantage).
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; ability to build trust with customers and partners.
- High integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty in all dealings.
- Proficiency in sales management, target‑driven selling, and basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM).
- Willingness to work in Muara Teweh with placement aligned to the candidate’s domicile.
- Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
