Penjaga Toko

We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible individual to fill the role of Penjaga Toko (Store Keeper) at our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism. Responsibilities

As a Penjaga Toko, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining the overall appearance and organization of the store, ensuring that it is clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Managing store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets, promote products, and enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
• Utilizing the Sistem Manajemen Toko (Store Management System) to track inventory, monitor sales, and analyze customer data.

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will be expected to demonstrate a high level of flexibility, adaptability, and teamwork, as well as a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat (High School Diploma or equivalent)
• Age: 20-35 years old
• Gender: All genders are welcome to apply
• Experience: Minimum 0 years of experience (training will be provided)
• Skills: Proficient in Sistem Manajemen Toko (Store Management System), with excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Personal qualities: Honest, responsible, disciplined, patient, and meticulous, with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Additional requirements: Own motorbike and Sim C (Motorcycle License), as well as an Android smartphone.

Working hours will be from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Saturday, with a competitive salary and benefits package offered to the successful candidate.
