Petugas Penagihan

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the position of Petugas Penagihan at Adira Finance, Kuningan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation of debt collection activities (A/R Overdue) in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities

As a Petugas Penagihan, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Mengelola dan bertanggung jawab atas terlaksananya kegiatan penagihan (A/R Overdue) secara tepat waktu
• Memahami proses bisnis multifinance dan berorientasi pada target
• Mengembangkan dan memelihara hubungan baik dengan nasabah dan pihak lain yang terkait
• Menganalisis dan mengevaluasi kinerja penagihan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas
• Mengidentifikasi dan mengatasi masalah penagihan yang timbul

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation, integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and honesty.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan minimal D3/D4 atau S1 semua jurusan
• Usia maksimal 30 tahun
• Jenis kelamin: Laki-laki
• Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang yang sama
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan keterampilan interpersonal
• Memahami proses bisnis multifinance dan berorientasi pada target

• Pemantauan Kredit
• Proses Kredit
• Proses Penagihan Utang
• Keterampilan Komunikasi Antarpersonal
