Responsibilities

As a Praktisi Outlet Perintis, your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the outlet, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and making recommendations to clients based on their needs and preferences
• Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and outlet goals
• Maintaining the appearance and organization of the outlet, including visual merchandising and store displays
• Processing sales transactions, handling customer complaints, and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Male, maximum age 25 years old
• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Own transportation
• Non-smoker
• Not currently enrolled in education
• Possess good character, honesty, attention to detail, and discipline
• Attractive appearance
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to be placed in any Moyagi outlet
• Preferably have experience in a similar role
• Reside in Perintis

In addition to these requirements, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and sales excellence.
