Responsibilities

As a Pramuniaga, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Managing cash transactions, operating a point-of-sale system, and maintaining a high level of accuracy with cash handling
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products and services to make recommendations to customers
• Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and objectives
• Maintaining the store’s visual merchandising standards, including store displays and merchandise presentation
• Processing sales, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Working a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to demonstrate a high level of flexibility and adaptability, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. You will also be required to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency, while ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Maximum age: 27 years old
• Ability to work with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to read Al-Qur’an
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and individually
• Willingness to work shift hours, including evenings and weekends
• Not bound by any other organization or company
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
