Our company is a leading FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) player in Indonesia, committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are now seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Area Manager for our Banten area. As a Sales Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving market share, and building strong relationships with our distributors.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and visiting distributors in the area to ensure operational standards are met.
- Ensuring the successful implementation of company programs and campaigns in the distributor area.
- Reporting monitoring results and potential area development opportunities to relevant teams.
- Conducting sales analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Providing training and support to distributors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational best practices.
- Identifying and addressing operational issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Qualification:
- Minimal S1 degree in any field.
- Age: Maximum 40 years old.
- Gender: Any gender.
- Experience: Minimal 1 year of experience in distributor management or sales operations.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office, with experience in sales analysis and market research tools.
- Knowledge of FMCG industry trends and best practices.
- Fluency in English and local language.
- Other:
- Having a private vehicle.

- Hari Kerja: Senin – Jumat (Monday to Friday).
- Jam Kerja: 08:00 – 17:00 (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
