Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, specialty drinks, and mocktails, in accordance with Accor’s quality standards.
Maintain an organized bar station, ensuring all tools, glassware, and ingredients are stocked, cleaned, and ready for service.
Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and place orders to prevent shortages while minimizing waste.
Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately, reconcile tabs, and ensure proper billing procedures.
Provide attentive, friendly, and timely service to guests, responding to special requests, dietary restrictions, and personalized drink preferences.
Uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols, including proper storage of perishable items, adherence to alcohol service regulations, and routine sanitization of the bar area.
Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, front‑of‑house teams, and other departments to ensure seamless service flow, especially during peak periods.
Address guest feedback and resolve service challenges professionally, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
Assist in training new team members, sharing best practices, and fostering a supportive, high‑performance work culture.
Participate in regular performance reviews, contribute ideas for menu innovation, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
At least 1–3 years of professional bartending experience, preferably within an upscale hotel or resort environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is essential, and good English (spoken and written) is a distinct advantage.
Well‑groomed appearance, professional demeanor, and a genuine guest‑oriented attitude.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting and remain composed under pressure.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and occasional evening hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
Detail‑oriented, responsible, proactive, and capable of multitasking efficiently.
Leadership potential for supervisory or managerial tracks is highly valued.
Demonstrated knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, mixology trends, and responsible alcohol service practices.
