We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the position of Business Partner. As a Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Responsibilities

As a Business Partner, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and acquiring new clients who require financial assistance for their business ventures
• Providing exceptional service to our clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support and guidance
• Conducting collection activities, including negotiating payment plans and resolving delinquent accounts
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, payments, and account activity
• Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our services and attract new clients
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to achieve business objectives
• Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat (high school diploma or equivalent)
• Maximum age: 35 years old
• Gender: All genders are welcome to apply
• Minimum experience: 0 years (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Skills: Debt collection, marketing, communication, and customer service skills are essential
• Must have a personal vehicle (motorcycle) and be willing to work in the field (marketing/collection)
• Must be willing to sign a contract for a minimum of 12 months

Preferred candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
