Responsibilities

As a Spesialis Minuman Kopi, your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages to customers
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the coffee bar, equipment, and surrounding areas
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
• Developing and maintaining knowledge of coffee products, including coffee beans, equipment, and brewing methods
• Participating in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge
• Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency, even in a fast-paced environment

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues, adhere to health and safety protocols, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan: Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Usia: Maksimal 0 Tahun (we welcome applicants of all ages)
• Jenis Kelamin: Laki-laki (male candidates only)
• Pengalaman: Minimal 0 Tahun (no prior experience necessary, but experience in a related field is an asset)
• Skills: Keterampilan Barista (barista skills), including knowledge of coffee preparation, equipment operation, and customer service

In addition to these requirements, we are looking for candidates who are jujur (honest), teliti (detail-oriented), and bertanggunggung jawab (responsible), with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
