Responsibilities

As a Sales Promotor for Kredivo, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Melayani apa yang diinginkan pengguna dan merekomendasikan Kredivo sebagai moda pembayaran (Servicing customer needs and recommending Kredivo as a payment method)
• Meningkatkan product knowledge Kredivo dan menyampaikan pengetahuan ini dengan cara yang menarik (Enhancing product knowledge of Kredivo and presenting it in an engaging manner)
• Mempresentasikan dan mendemonstrasikan Kredivo kepada calon pengguna (Presenting and demonstrating Kredivo to potential customers)
• Menindaklanjuti keluhan dan permintaan pengguna serta memberikan panduan tepat penggunaan aplikasi Kredivo (Following up on customer complaints and requests, and providing guidance on the use of the Kredivo app)
• Memenuhi target harian dan mengirimkan laporan kepada pihak manajerial (Meeting daily targets and submitting reports to management)
• Mempertahankan hubungan dengan seluruh pemangku kepentingan yang terkait dengan produk Kredivo (Maintaining relationships with all stakeholders related to the Kredivo product)

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Domisili MANADO & Sekitarnya (Residing in Manado and surrounding areas)
• Pendidikan minimal SMA sederajat (Minimum high school diploma or equivalent)
• Kandidat dengan pengalaman di dunia sales menjadi nilai tambah (Candidates with sales experience will be given priority)
• Menggunakan HP Android (Using an Android phone)
• Minimum sudah Vaksin Covid Pertama (Minimum first COVID-19 vaccination)
