PT. Active Kitswear Internasional is currently seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team as a Fashion Marketing Specialist. As a Fashion Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of this role include:

• Designing new product collections using Adobe Illustrator and Canva, with a minimum proficiency in both software.
• Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, including marketing ads strategy, social media, and offline events to launch new collections and promote our brand.
• Ensuring all promotional messages and materials align with our brand identity and values, and contribute to building brand awareness.
• Collaborating with various stakeholders, including offline store partners and event promoters, to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Preparing regular reports on campaign performance and sales data to evaluate the success of our marketing strategies, including offline store reports.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of marketing projects, from conceptualizing new product collections to developing and executing marketing campaigns. You will also have the chance to work with a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about fashion and marketing.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in marketing, fashion marketing, or graphic design.
• Age: Maximum 30 years old.
• Gender: All genders are welcome to apply.
• Minimum experience: 1 year in a related field.
• Skills: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Microsoft Office, and database administration. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication and professional skills.
• Language proficiency: Indonesian and English/Chinese language skills are preferred.
