Introduction

The successful candidate will operate within a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment, coordinating couriers, managing warehouse activities, and optimizing delivery zones to meet daily targets.

Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and adjust daily schedules for couriers responsible for item pick‑up and drop‑off.
Supervise the end‑to‑end shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Define and allocate delivery and collection zones based on volume, distance, and customer priority.
Monitor inbound and outbound goods movement, coordinating closely with third‑party logistics (3PL) partners.
Oversee sorting, staging, and distribution activities to minimize errors and reduce handling time.
Conduct regular briefings with shift staff to communicate priorities, safety protocols, and performance metrics.
Identify bottlenecks, propose process improvements, and implement corrective actions promptly.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for inventory, shipment status, and key performance indicators.
Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health‑and‑safety standards.
Foster a collaborative team environment, providing coaching and feedback to develop junior staff.

Requirements

Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus.
1–2 years of proven experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or a related field.
Solid understanding of warehousing procedures, inventory control, and last‑mile delivery processes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with couriers, 3PL partners, and internal teams.
Strong problem‑solving abilities; capable of quickly addressing unexpected delays or discrepancies.
Demonstrated leadership and team‑management capabilities.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including early mornings or evenings as required.
Resident of Panekan district or willing to relocate to the area.
