Responsibilities

As a Guru SD Kelas 6, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality education to our students. This will involve creating engaging lesson plans, delivering interactive classes, and assessing student progress. You will also be required to communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and students to ensure that everyone is informed and aligned with our educational goals.

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students
• Deliver interactive classes that promote student participation and learning
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve
• Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and students to ensure that everyone is informed and aligned with our educational goals
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development workshops to continuously improve your teaching skills and knowledge

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be required to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances. This may involve teaching at different times, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance, and to contribute to the development of our school’s curriculum and educational programs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan: Minimal S1
• Usia: Maksimal 0 Tahun (we welcome applications from recent graduates and those early in their careers)
• Jenis Kelamin: Perempuan (we are an equal opportunities employer, but this role is specifically for female candidates)
• Pengalaman: Minimal 0 Tahun (no prior teaching experience is required, but a strong passion for education and a desire to learn are essential)
• Memiliki smartphone (you will need to have a smartphone to access our online learning platforms and communicate with students and colleagues)
