The ideal candidate will be a confident, detail‑oriented woman aged 18 or older, ready to thrive in a fast‑paced environment that includes long shifts, weekend work, and national holidays.

Responsibilities

Process cash, credit, and electronic payments accurately and efficiently using the store’s POS system.
Handle daily cash reconciliation, ensuring that the cash drawer balances at the end of each shift.
Provide courteous and helpful assistance to customers, answering inquiries about products, promotions, and store policies.
Maintain a tidy and organized checkout area, including stocking bags, receipts, and promotional materials.
Monitor inventory levels at the point of sale and alert the inventory team of discrepancies.
Collaborate with team members to manage peak‑hour traffic, ensuring minimal wait times.
Perform routine audits of transaction records to detect and prevent errors or fraudulent activity.
Adhere to all company policies regarding cash handling, security, and confidentiality.
Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new products, pricing changes, and system upgrades.
Assist in opening and closing procedures, including preparing cash deposits and generating end‑of‑day reports.

Requirements

Female candidates only, minimum age of 18 years.
Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
Prior experience as a cashier is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
Strong numeracy skills; ability to count cash accurately and perform basic calculations.
High level of integrity, honesty, and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with customers.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Flexibility to work long shifts, weekends, and national holidays as required.
Proficiency with standard POS software and basic computer literacy.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods during shift hours (08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Saturday).
