Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused Sales Promotion Representatives (SPG/SPB) to join our dynamic team at Soekarno‑Hatta International Airport. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for travelers, guiding them to reliable transportation options and promoting our premium transport services. This position offers a fast‑paced environment where strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential to delivering an exceptional passenger experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist airport passengers in locating and booking qualified drivers for their onward journey.
  • Provide clear directions and information to travelers on how to request transportation services via our platform or on‑site kiosks.
  • Actively promote the range of transportation solutions (e.g., taxis, ride‑hailing, shuttle services) to every passenger, highlighting benefits such as safety, convenience, and competitive pricing.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of flight schedules, terminal layouts, and peak travel periods to anticipate passenger needs.
  • Conduct brief product demonstrations and answer frequently asked questions, ensuring passengers feel confident in their transportation choices.
  • Collect and record passenger feedback, reporting insights to the sales and operations teams for continuous service improvement.
  • Collaborate with airport security and airline staff to ensure smooth passenger flow and compliance with airport regulations.
  • Participate in regular shift handovers, providing detailed notes on daily activities, challenges, and successful sales tactics.
  • Uphold the company’s brand standards by presenting a professional appearance and maintaining a courteous, helpful demeanor at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: 30 years or younger.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • At least 1 year of work experience, preferably in sales, customer service, or hospitality. Candidates without prior experience are also encouraged to apply if they demonstrate strong motivation.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends (Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English; confident and persuasive speaking style.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze competitor offerings, market trends, and sales data to identify opportunities for service promotion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build trust quickly and handle diverse passenger inquiries.
  • Basic proficiency with mobile applications and point‑of‑sale devices used for booking and transaction processing.
