Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Perwakilan Pengembangan & Promosi to join our growing team in the vibrant city of Bandung. This front‑line role is essential for expanding our market presence, coordinating promotional events, and building strong relationships with both clients and partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys field work, and possesses a creative mindset that translates ideas into successful marketing campaigns.

The position is full‑time, with a standard work schedule from Monday to Saturday (08:00 – 16:00). You will be based in Bandung, with occasional travel to nearby locations for event execution and client meetings.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and execute promotional events, product launches, and community outreach activities in the Bandung region.
Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors, venues, media outlets, and influencers to maximize event impact.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and tailor promotional strategies.
Create compelling visual and written content using Canva, Microsoft Office, and other design tools for flyers, social media posts, and on‑site signage.
Coordinate logistics including transportation, permits, equipment setup, and on‑site staffing.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during events, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and professionalism.
Gather post‑event feedback, compile performance reports, and present insights to senior management for continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate records of expenses, budgets, and inventory related to promotional activities.
Participate in regular team meetings, share best practices, and contribute ideas for new campaigns and community initiatives.

Requirements

Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors) with a GPA of at least 3.00.
At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in event handling, marketing, or related fields.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
Comfortable working outdoors and interacting directly with the public.
Valid SIM A and ability to operate a four‑wheel vehicle for site visits and event logistics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and graphic design/editing software such as Canva.
Analytical mindset for marketing analysis and the ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Team player with a collaborative attitude and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
