They are seeking a dynamic Retail and Distribution Manager to lead store operations, drive sales performance, and oversee the logistical network that supplies their expanding portfolio of consumer goods. Responsibilities

Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales strategies to achieve store revenue targets.
Supervise and coach a team of sales associates, inventory staff, and delivery personnel, ensuring high levels of motivation and performance.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to maintain optimal stock levels, minimize out‑of‑stock situations, and reduce lead times.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales per square meter, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction scores, providing regular reports to senior management.
Implement visual merchandising standards and promotional activities that enhance the shopping experience and boost impulse purchases.
Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor actions, and new product opportunities within the food & beverage sector.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all retail and distribution facilities.
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, turning potential issues into loyalty‑building opportunities.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and expense control for the retail outlet and distribution network.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, such as process automation or workforce scheduling optimizations, to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
Age: At least 25 years old.
Gender: All genders are welcome to apply.
Residence: Must reside in Tangerang Selatan or surrounding areas (placement in BSD Intermoda).
Driving License: Valid SIM A (motor vehicle license).
Experience: Minimum 1 year in retail and distribution; experience in Food & Beverage is a strong advantage.
Core Skills: Proven sales ability, strong negotiation, inventory management, and basic data analysis.
Soft Skills: Discipline, courtesy, friendliness, personal hygiene, honesty, excellent communication, responsibility, and problem‑solving.
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
Physical Requirements: Good health and stamina to oversee store floor activities and occasional warehouse visits.
