Introduction
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer‑focused individuals to join our Crew Outlet team as Part‑Time Staff. This role is ideal for recent high school graduates or anyone seeking flexible work in a dynamic retail environment. As a front‑line ambassador of the brand, you will help create a welcoming atmosphere for shoppers while supporting daily store operations.
The position offers both full‑time and part‑time schedules, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00. Candidates must be under 25 years of age, possess a clean appearance, and have a valid means of transportation to travel to and from the outlet.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, answer product inquiries, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by arranging displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring price tags are accurate.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handle cash transactions, process refunds, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Assist with inventory control tasks such as receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Support store opening and closing procedures, including cleaning, securing merchandise, and setting alarms.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve sales targets, promotional goals, and exceptional customer satisfaction scores.
- Identify and resolve minor customer issues on the spot, escalating more complex concerns to management when needed.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up‑to‑date on product knowledge, store policies, and industry trends.
- Promote the Crew Outlet loyalty program and seasonal sales events to drive repeat business.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18 – 25 years (maximum 25 years at time of application).

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Must not be currently enrolled in full‑time college or school programs.
