Introduction

PT. Prima Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer to join our growing team in Lubuk Alung. Responsibilities

  • Actively market and sell the company’s products to existing clients and new prospects, ensuring a thorough understanding of product features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure orders through various distribution channels, including dealers, retailers, and direct customers.
  • Collect initial customer data, conduct verification procedures, and prepare complete credit applications and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor the progress of credit applications, coordinate with the credit department, and communicate approval or rejection decisions promptly to dealers and customers.
  • Provide customers with clear information on payment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any other relevant transaction details.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and credit documentation within the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including marketing, logistics, and finance—to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments, initiate collection processes when necessary, and support the finance team in debt recovery efforts.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, present performance reports, and propose strategies for market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher in any discipline; graduates from all fields are welcome.
  • Maximum age of 30 years; fresh graduates may also apply.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, credit processing, or a related field; prior experience in the same industry is considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven negotiation ability.
  • High level of integrity, perseverance, meticulousness, and honesty in handling confidential credit information.
  • Valid personal vehicle and an active SIM A/C driving licence for field visits and customer meetings.
  • Ability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime or weekend events.
  • Proficiency in credit monitoring, debt collection processes, and basic financial documentation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
