Responsibilities

As a Pelayan Restoran, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest receives a warm welcome and prompt attention throughout their meal
• Communicating effectively with guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
• Operating a cash register, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order
• Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service, supporting colleagues during peak periods, and contributing to a positive and productive team environment
• Developing and maintaining knowledge of our menu, ingredients, and preparation methods, making recommendations to guests, and upselling where appropriate
• Handling customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion at all times, adhering to our company’s values and code of conduct.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat (or equivalent)
• Age: No maximum age limit
• Gender: All genders welcome to apply
• Experience: No minimum experience required, but previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is an advantage
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well under pressure, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to operate a mesin kopi (coffee machine) and create basic latte art
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple tables simultaneously
