Responsibilities

As a Pelayan Restoran, your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling customer payments, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. You will be expected to work effectively as part of a team, providing support to your colleagues during peak periods and ensuring that our high standards of service are consistently met. Additionally, you will be required to:

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pricing
• Work efficiently during peak periods, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to ensure that customers receive prompt service
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that orders are delivered to the correct tables in a timely manner
• Handle cash and credit transactions, operating a point-of-sale system with accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan: Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat (Minimum high school diploma or equivalent)
• Usia: Maksimal 0 Tahun (No maximum age limit, but candidates should be at least 19 years old)
• Jenis Kelamin: Semua jenis kelamin (All genders welcome to apply)
• Pengalaman: Minimal 1 Tahun (Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in a kitchen or food service environment)
• Keterampilan Pelayanan Makanan dan Minuman (Food and beverage service skills)
