Responsibilities

As a Spesialis Sumber Daya Manusia, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:

• Coordinating training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Administering employee benefits, including compensation, benefits, and leave
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations

• Collaborating with management to develop and implement HR initiatives
• Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters

Requirements

• Pendidikan: Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Usia: Maksimal 0 Tahun (no maximum age limit)
• Jenis Kelamin: Laki-laki (male candidates only)
• Pengalaman: Minimal 2 Tahun (minimum 2 years of experience)
• Skills: Sistem Manajemen Toko (store management system skills)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Honesty, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility
