Responsibilities

Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons for grades 1‑6 in alignment with the national curriculum.
Utilize digital learning platforms, interactive whiteboards, and multimedia resources to enhance student participation.
Provide individualized support and remedial instruction to students who require additional assistance.
Develop and maintain classroom management strategies that promote respect, curiosity, and active learning.
Mentor junior teachers and student teachers, sharing best practices and instructional techniques.
Collaborate with fellow educators, administrators, and parents to monitor student progress and address academic or behavioral concerns.
Prepare and submit regular reports, grades, and documentation in accordance with school policies.

Requirements

Minimum education: S1 in Elementary Education or a related teaching field.
At least 1 year of proven teaching experience in a primary school setting.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.

Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 07:00‑16:00, with punctual attendance.
