Pelayanan Kebersihan Keliling

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pelayanan Kebersihan Keliling (Mobile Cleaning Service). As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our customers in the Gatsu and Ahmad Yani areas. Responsibilities

As a Pelayanan Kebersihan Keliling, your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing cleaning services to customers in their homes, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
• Utilizing your own private vehicle to travel to customer locations in the Gatsu area
• Working collaboratively with our Kurir (courier) and Setrika Laundry (laundry ironing) teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers
• Ensuring all cleaning equipment and supplies are well-maintained and readily available

In addition to these responsibilities, our Kurir team members will be responsible for picking up and delivering customer laundry, while our Setrika Laundry team members will focus on ironing and preparing laundry for delivery.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat (high school diploma or equivalent)
• Age: Maximum 30 years old for cleaning services and 40 years old for laundry ironing services
• Gender: All genders are welcome to apply
• Experience: No prior experience is required, but a strong passion for cleanliness and customer service is essential
• Skills: Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, excellent customer service skills, and basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols
• Availability: Ability to work Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00
