We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our front office team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Responsibilities
As a Front Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing front office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting clients and visitors
- Providing administrative support to the team, including preparing documents, filing, and data entry
- Maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional customer service
In addition to these responsibilities, you will be required to work a shift schedule, including Mondays to Saturdays, from 08:00 to 17:00. You must be flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Minimum SMA/SMK/Sederajat education
- Maximum 0 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Ability to operate a computer and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work in Blitar and follow a shift schedule
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others
- Honesty, politeness, friendliness, discipline, loyalty, and a strong sense of responsibility
