Responsibilities

As a Casual Food Server, your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling customer transactions. You will be expected to work well under pressure, multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy. Additionally, you will be required to work collaboratively with our kitchen staff to ensure that orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.

• Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Handle customer transactions, including processing payments and handling cash and credit transactions
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about our menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pricing
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure that orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards

Requirements

• Usia: Maksimal 0 Tahun (no maximum age limit)
• Jenis Kelamin: Semua jenis kelamin (all genders welcome)
• Pengalaman: Minimal 0 Tahun (no experience necessary)
• Skills: Mengoperasikan Peralatan Dapur (ability to operate kitchen equipment)
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
