Responsibilities
<p_as a Penyimpan dan Penerima Barang, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Managing and maintaining the storage and receiving area, ensuring that all items are properly labeled, stored, and secured.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and supplies.
- Conducting regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and minimize losses.
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Working effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and safety protocols, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
In addition to these technical skills, you will also be expected to demonstrate strong soft skills, including leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. You will be required to work well under pressure, think critically, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position at a 4-5 star hotel.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Ability to work well under pressure, with a positive and calm demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (both spoken and written).
- Well-groomed and professional appearance, with a strong attention to detail.
- Minimum D3/D4 education, with a degree in a relevant field (such as hospitality or business administration).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of hotel operations and procedures.
