Responsibilities

As a Petugas Penjualan Rasau Jaya, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Offering our company’s products to existing and new customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.
• Receiving orders from channel distribution, completing initial data, verifying customer information, and ensuring all necessary documents are completed and up-to-date.
• Monitoring the progress of credit applications and informing dealers and customers of credit decisions in a timely and professional manner.
• Notifying customers of payment due dates, payment locations, and other important details to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will be expected to work collaboratively with our sales team to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum D3/D4 education in any field.
• Maximum age of 30 years old.
• Open to recent graduates.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar field, with a strong track record of sales achievement.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, build relationships, and work effectively in a team environment.
• Integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and honesty are essential for success in this role.
• Own a private vehicle and hold a valid SIM A/C license.
