Responsibilities

As a Koki Pastry & Bakery, your main responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and baking a variety of pastries, cakes, and breads to the highest standards of quality and presentation
• Developing new and innovative recipes to keep our menu fresh and exciting
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict health and safety standards
• Working effectively as part of a team to achieve daily production targets and meet customer demand
• Providing excellent customer service, responding to feedback and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
• Continuously improving your skills and knowledge of pastry and bakery production, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments

In addition to these technical skills, we are looking for a candidate with excellent soft skills, including strong communication and teamwork abilities, a high level of initiative and discipline, and a flexible and adaptable approach to work.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education level: SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Minimum age: 19 years old
• Minimum experience: 1 year in a similar role
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment
• High level of initiative and discipline, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail
• Residence in Bogor
• Understanding of pastry and bakery production, with a creative approach to recipe development and presentation
