Pelayan Makanan

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pelayan Makanan (Food Server). As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring that their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable. Responsibilities

As a Pelayan Makanan, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Explaining menu items and making recommendations to customers
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including cleaning tables, chairs, and floors
• Ensuring the toilet facilities are clean and well-maintained
• Delivering orders to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Assisting with the preparation of rice and drinks during the morning shift, before the second shift chef arrives
• Handling customer payments and operating a point-of-sale system

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will also be expected to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant, including assisting with tasks such as restocking supplies and maintaining the overall appearance of the dining area.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat (high school diploma or equivalent)
• No maximum age limit
• Any gender may apply
• No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to all new staff members
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
