Responsibilities

As a Marketing Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our beauty clinic and increase sales
• Managing and coordinating marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
• Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
• Collaborating with the design and creative teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns
• Leading and coordinating a team of marketing professionals to achieve marketing goals
• Providing briefs to the design and creative teams to ensure marketing materials meet brand guidelines
• Maintaining a positive and productive work environment across all units
• Ensuring that the clinic’s sales performance improves every month

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to demonstrate strong leadership and coordination skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be results-driven.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Be a male or female with a maximum age of 35 years
• Hold a minimum of a D3/D4 degree in any field
• Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in a beauty clinic setting
• Have a good understanding of social media algorithms, including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads
• Be able to design and execute marketing strategies
• Be able to provide briefs to the design and creative teams
• Have strong leadership and coordination skills
• Have a good personality, be energetic, and results-driven
• Be attractive, friendly, and communicative

A plus point will be given to candidates who have experience as a social media agency manager.
