Responsibilities

As a Tutor Bahasa Inggris UTBK, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and delivering high-quality English lessons to students of various levels and ages
• Developing and implementing engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to the needs of each student
• Conducting online and offline classes, using platforms such as ZOOM, GMEET, and TEAMS
• Evaluating student progress and providing constructive feedback to help them improve their language skills
• Creating a supportive and motivating learning environment that encourages students to reach their full potential
• Collaborating with other tutors and educators to develop and implement new teaching methods and materials
• Participating in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and technologies

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education: S1 degree in a relevant field (e.g. English, Education, Linguistics)
• Minimum GPA: 3.00 (PTN) or 3.25 (PTS)
• Previous experience in teaching English online or offline
• Strong mastery of the English language and the ability to teach it effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using digital platforms such as ZOOM, GMEET, and TEAMS
• Able to work on a flexible schedule, including weekdays and weekends
