Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential new customers, presenting Amartha’s lending programs and guiding them through the enrollment process.
- Provide ongoing economic counseling and support to member households, helping them manage finances and achieve sustainable growth.
- Conduct on‑site surveys and feasibility analyses of loan applications, ensuring compliance with internal systems, procedures, and financing policies.
- Prepare detailed recommendation reports for the credit committee, highlighting risk assessments and repayment capacity.
- Facilitate weekly member meetings, monitor transaction activities, and resolve any operational issues that arise.
- Collaborate closely with regional managers, field officers, and other business partners to achieve branch targets and maintain service quality.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, field observations, and performance metrics using Amartha’s digital platforms.
- Participate in community events and local networking activities to strengthen Amartha’s brand presence and foster trust among potential borrowers.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; candidates with a Bachelor’s degree (S1) are preferred.
- Age: 35 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Possession of a two‑wheel motor vehicle is essential for daily field visits.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Willingness to work in the field, including occasional travel to remote villages.
- Readiness to reside in company‑provided mess housing during assignment periods.
- Fresh graduates are welcome, though prior experience in customer relationship, sales analysis, or micro‑finance will be considered an advantage.
- Flexibility to be placed at any Amartha branch across the country, adapting to diverse cultural and socioeconomic environments.
