Perwakilan Pemasaran Lapangan

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Perwakilan Pemasaran Lapangan to join our team at Insira Memorial Park, the largest modern Islamic memorial park in west Jakarta. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for promoting our services and products to potential clients, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

As a Perwakilan Pemasaran Lapangan, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting field sales and marketing activities to promote our services and products
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, including providing excellent customer service and support
• Achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth and development of our business
• Conducting market research and analyzing customer needs to identify new sales opportunities
• Collaborating with other teams, including marketing and customer service, to achieve business objectives
• Providing regular sales reports and feedback to management

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to speak persuasively and work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat education
• Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to speak persuasively and work effectively with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze customer needs and identify new sales opportunities
• Proficiency in using media social for marketing and sales
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

Prior experience working with sensitive products and a background in Islamic studies are preferred, but not required.
