This frontline position plays a critical role in ensuring that our halal and hygienic meat products reach customers safely, on time, and in perfect condition. The successful candidate will be the face of our brand during the loading, transportation, and delivery phases, interacting directly with store personnel and end‑customers while upholding the high standards that Meat N Fresh has built over the years.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the unloading and loading of meat products at each store, ensuring compliance with food‑safety regulations and company SOPs.
Maintain the visual integrity of product packaging, verify that labels, expiration dates, and batch numbers are correct, and report any discrepancies immediately.
Execute timely deliveries to customers, following predefined routes and adhering to the agreed‑upon delivery windows.
Cross‑check each delivery against the corresponding sales order, confirming product quantities, SKU codes, and any special handling instructions.
Conduct on‑site inspections of store storage conditions to guarantee that temperature and hygiene standards are met.
Provide courteous and professional customer service, addressing queries, collecting signatures, and documenting any issues for follow‑up.
Maintain accurate delivery logs, fuel receipts, and vehicle inspection reports for the logistics manager.
Assist in inventory audits by reporting stock levels and any product damages observed during the delivery process.
Participate in regular safety briefings and complete mandatory training on halal certification, food handling, and road safety.
Support ad‑hoc promotional activities, such as product sampling or special event deliveries, as required by the marketing team.

Requirements

Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in delivery, logistics, or a related field, preferably within the food‑service or retail sector.
Active SIM C license and ownership of a reliable motorcycle capable of handling daily delivery routes.
Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to interact professionally with store managers and customers.
High level of attention to detail and a service‑oriented mindset; must be able to spot packaging defects and report them promptly.
Proven ability to follow strict procedural guidelines, including halal handling standards and company safety policies.
Physical stamina to lift and move product cases (up to 25 kg) and endure long periods of riding.
Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–16:00, with occasional overtime during peak seasons.
