We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Partner Bisnis Lapangan to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, providing economic guidance to our members, and conducting surveys to analyze the feasibility of financing applications. Responsibilities

As a Partner Bisnis Lapangan, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Mencari potensi nasabah baru untuk diajak bergabung mengikuti program di Amartha (Identifying and acquiring new customers to join our programs)
• Melakukan pendampingan ekonomi rumah tangga terhadap anggota layanan (Providing economic guidance to our members)
• Melakukan survei dan analisis kelayakan aplikasi pembiayaan dengan mengacu pada sistem & prosedur persyaratan dan kebijakan pembiayaan (Conducting surveys and analyzing the feasibility of financing applications based on our system and procedures)
• Memberikan rekomendasi kepada komite pembiayaan (Providing recommendations to our financing committee)
• Mendampingi pertemuan mingguan anggota dan transaksi layanan (Attending weekly meetings with our members and conducting transactions)

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be willing to travel to different locations as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pria/Wanita usia maks 33 Tahun (Male/Female, maximum age 33 years old)
• Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK Maks S1 (Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent, maximum: bachelor’s degree)
• Memiliki kendaraan roda 2 (Must have a two-wheeled vehicle)
• Bersedia bekerja di Lapangan (Willing to work in the field)
• Memiliki komunikasi yang baik (Must have good communication skills)
• Bersedia tinggal di Mess (Optional: willing to live in a dormitory)
• Fresh Graduate / Berpengalaman (Fresh graduate or experienced)
• Bersedia ditempatkan diseluruh cabang Amartha (Willing to be placed in any of our branches)

We also require a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, as well as excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
