Responsibilities

As a Kasir Restoran Utama, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer transactions with accuracy and speed, including operating a point-of-sale (POS) system and managing cash handling
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including the cashier area and surrounding spaces
• Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
• Performing other duties as assigned by management, including supporting restaurant operations and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Pendidikan: Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• Usia: Maksimal Tidak ada batas usia Tahun
• Jenis Kelamin: Laki-laki
• Pengalaman: Minimal 1 Tahun
• Ibadah 5 waktu
• Tidak Merokok (termasuk vape dan pod)
• Mempunyai akhlak yang baik
• Berpengalaman di Restoran Fried Chicken lebih diutamakan
• Memahami pengoperasian mesin kasir / POS
• Mampu menangani transaksi dengan cepat dan akurat
• Mampu memberikan pelayanan yang ramah dan profesional

In addition to these requirements, you will need to demonstrate a range of soft skills, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. You will also need to be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
