This part‑time tutoring role focuses on delivering high‑quality instruction to male 10th‑grade vocational students in the TIK subject, helping them master core concepts and develop practical digital skills. The position is based at our learning centre in Gn. Kelop, Dampit, and offers a structured schedule with sessions on Wednesday and Thursday evenings.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver 60‑minute lesson plans for 10th‑grade SMK students covering fundamental TIK topics such as networking, programming basics, and digital literacy.
• Assess student understanding through quizzes, practical assignments, and in‑class activities, providing timely feedback.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation from all learners regardless of gender.
• Coordinate with parents and school staff to monitor student progress and address any learning challenges.
• Prepare supplementary teaching materials, including handouts, slide decks, and interactive exercises.
• Utilize educational technology tools (e.g., virtual labs, learning management systems) to enhance the learning experience.
• Stay updated on the latest TIK curriculum changes and industry trends to keep lessons relevant.
• Report attendance and session outcomes to the centre’s administration on a weekly basis.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum S1 degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience: No prior teaching experience required; fresh graduates with strong subject knowledge are welcome.
• Gender: Open to all genders; both male and female tutors are encouraged to apply.
• Age: No upper age limit; candidates must demonstrate professionalism and reliability.
• Skills: Excellent communication, ability to simplify complex concepts, patience, and a genuine interest in student development.
• Availability: Able to commit to the scheduled tutoring slots: Wednesdays and Thursdays, 18:30‑19:30 WIB.
• Location: Must be able to travel to the tutoring venue at Gn. Kelop, Dampit, Kabupaten Malang, Jawa Timur.
