Engineer DevOps Senior – Pengembangan Infrastruktur

Introduction

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior DevOps Engineer – Infrastructure Development to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work Monday through Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00, collaborating closely with software engineers, system administrators, and senior architects. Responsibilities

• Monitor daily system health and respond to alerts using TrueWatch to guarantee high availability.
• Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines in GitLab and Jenkins, ensuring smooth code integration and rapid delivery.
• Deploy, configure, and manage resources in Huawei Cloud, including virtual machines, containers, and networking components.
• Troubleshoot application and infrastructure incidents, performing root‑cause analysis and documenting resolutions.
• Execute basic MySQL queries and data validations to support application testing and production verification.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to design and implement automation scripts (Bash, Python, or PowerShell) that reduce manual effort.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for operational procedures, architecture diagrams, and configuration standards.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and provide after‑hours support for critical incidents.
• Assist in capacity planning and performance tuning to anticipate future growth and avoid bottlenecks.
• Stay current with industry best practices, emerging tools, and security standards to continuously improve our DevOps culture.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in a DevOps or system operations role.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools, specifically TrueWatch or comparable platforms.
• Strong experience in CI/CD technologies, especially GitLab and Jenkins.
• Practical knowledge of cloud environments, with a focus on Huawei Cloud services (ECS, RDS, VPC, etc.).
• Ability to write and execute SQL queries in MySQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of Linux/Unix systems, networking fundamentals, and scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward automation.
• Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English, enabling effective collaboration across multicultural teams.
