Introduction
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Social Media Specialist (KLI-24) to join our fast‑growing digital team in Malang. The ideal candidate blends a keen creative eye with a strong business mindset, turning the company’s vision into compelling, conversion‑driven content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. This role offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, and provides a collaborative environment where innovative storytelling meets measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Design, schedule, and oversee multi‑channel content calendars that align with brand objectives, target audience personas, and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Creative Selling: Produce hard‑selling assets (product demos, promo reels, carousel ads) that maintain brand relevance while maximizing click‑through and conversion rates.
- Storytelling & Content Flow: Craft long‑form narratives—including mini‑dramas, monologues, and sequential storytelling—to keep viewers hooked from the first second to the final call‑to‑action.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor real‑time metrics, generate weekly performance reports, and apply data‑driven insights to refine targeting, copy, and visual elements.
- Trend & Algorithm Adaptation: Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, viral trends, and cultural moments, translating them into timely, brand‑appropriate content.
- Quality Assurance: Enforce brand guidelines, ensure visual consistency, and conduct final reviews before publishing to maintain a high standard of production quality.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, copywriters, and product managers to synchronize messaging and launch coordinated campaigns.
- Community Management Support: Oversee comment moderation, respond to audience inquiries, and nurture online communities to boost brand loyalty.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, preferably with a portfolio demonstrating measurable growth.
- Deep understanding of social media marketing theory, including Marketing Funnel, AISAS, and the 5R Fundamentals.
- Proficiency with campaign management tools (e.g., Facebook Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager), digital marketing platforms, and media optimization software.
- Strong analytical mindset: ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and report findings clearly.
- Creative thinking paired with a results‑oriented attitude – “creative for business.”
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with production teams, external agencies, and senior leadership.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Malang is highly preferred.
