Kolektor Lapangan Sr

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the position of Senior Field Collector (Kolektor Lapangan Sr) in the Karangasem area of Bali. As a Senior Field Collector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers are managed effectively, and that payments are collected in a timely manner. Responsibilities

As a Senior Field Collector, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting regular visits to customers’ homes to collect payments and discuss any outstanding issues or concerns
• Meeting monthly collection targets and achieving daily visit targets
• Implementing the collection process in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all customer interactions are professional and courteous
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and payments

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to work independently and manage your time effectively to ensure that all targets are met. You will also be required to communicate regularly with our internal teams to ensure that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum education level of SMA/SMK/Sederajat
• No age limit
• Any gender
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field, with a preference for 2 years of experience in field collection
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Ownership of a motorcycle and a valid SIM C license
• Familiarity with the Karangasem area and willingness to work in Jembrana and surrounding areas
