Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our Human Resources Department at a leading hospitality hotel. Responsibilities

- Maintain and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) with accurate employee data, attendance records, and training logs.

- Help coordinate internal training sessions, compile training materials, and track participation metrics.

- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Operations, Finance, IT) to ensure HR initiatives align with overall hotel objectives.
- Attend weekly HR meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as directed.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the HR Manager that contribute to the efficient operation of the department.
Requirements
- Active enrollment in a college or vocational program, pursuing a diploma (D3/D4) or higher.
- Major should be related to Hospitality, Tourism, Culinary Arts, Accounting, Information Technology, Engineering, or Human Resources.
- Internship must satisfy the mandatory program requirements of the student’s school or university.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Well‑groomed appearance, disciplined work ethic, and a professional attitude.
- Proficiency in English is preferred; basic conversational skills are acceptable.
- Willingness to adhere to the internship schedule set by the hotel and the educational institution.
