Introduction
PT. Prima Media Kreatif, a fast‑growing communications agency based in Tangerang, is looking for an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented Public Relations Officer. This role will serve as the face of the company to media outlets, clients, and the broader community, helping to shape a positive public image while supporting marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will work full‑time, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and will be based at our modern Tangerang office.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute press releases, media kits, and story pitches that align with the company’s branding and strategic objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and key opinion leaders in the local and regional market.
- Coordinate and manage corporate events, product launches, and community outreach programs, ensuring seamless execution from concept to post‑event analysis.
- Monitor media coverage, compile daily and weekly reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Oversee the company’s social media channels, crafting engaging content and responding to audience inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication platforms.
- Prepare internal communications such as newsletters, staff announcements, and executive briefings to foster a cohesive corporate culture.
- Handle crisis communication situations by developing rapid response strategies and safeguarding the brand’s reputation.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging media platforms to recommend innovative PR tactics.
Requirements
- Female candidates only (as per client specification).
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Age: up to 30 years old.
- No prior work experience required; fresh graduates with a passion for communication are welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media management tools, and basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva).
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a collaborative spirit.
